Does ExpenseHut store my ID documents? If so, how long?We store it to ensure we have a record of customer identity. We will continue to retain your documents until you de-activate your account. However, your data will not be shared to anyone nor will be used for anything outside of verification purposes.
My ID verification failed. What should I do next? Failed verifications will trigger manual verification by the admins. They will get back to you within 24-48 hours to notify if you are approved or if they need more info.
