To Take Retail Orders

• Login to the app
• Select your organization.
• Select Orders from the left menu

• Click Retail option to go to Retail POS page.
• The section is divided into left and right panes.
• Use the ALPHABETS shown in the image below for a better understanding.
  • Left Pane
    • (A) Top left section shows all items ready to checkout
    • (H) Bottom left section allows you to enter customer phone number for rewards.
  • Right Pane
    • Top right pane contains the following
      • (B) Barcode scanner text field. Use your barcode scanner to add items quickly to the checkout list.
      • (C) Search by product name by manually typing it.
      • (D) Type or scan coupon code
      • (E) Total points derived from coupon
      • (F) Total discount derived from coupons
      • (G) Gross total (includes taxes & discounts)

Coupons

Coupons are same as Rewards.
